Fushimi Inari

I can’t properly do justice to just how cool an experience Fushimi Inari was.  It was the warmest day Kyoto had in store for us, but we made it to the top!  Everything about this hike through vermillion gates was beautiful, even the time we accidentally went off trail.

We also got to Daigo-ji on this day!  We were a bit tired of walking by that point, but we finally saw some sakura there.

Tomorrow, more of Kyoto is coming your way!  After that, we hit the sakura jackpot in Tokyo, so be sure to stay tuned!

Osaka to Kyoto

Pokémon Center Osaka was probably my favorite one– we went right when it opened so it wasn’t so crowded.  Also, it was the first time I had seen a Pokémon Center and the magic is real!
